Goods must be received back in excellent, new condition and buyers pay return postage or shipping costs. You are advised to take out insurance when returning an item. We accept no responsibility for items lost in the post. Full refunds will be given for items that adhere to this returns policy. We will not refund original postage costs. If an item is returned that is not in an 'as new' condition, we reserve the right to refund a reduced amount. Your statutory rights are not affected.
